Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between an OS license and an OS subscription?
A license is usually bought once for a given version, while a subscription runs for a set term and includes updates and support for that term. Some server products also need a client access license for each user or device. Tell us the edition, term and user or device count, and the quotation will list what is needed.
Can TELCO help with more than supplying these products?
For related project or support work, see our Collaboration & Digital Workplace page, which describes that service and its scope. Services are quoted separately from products.
